Kristin joined Coty in March 2020 from Keurig Dr Pepper, where she was responsible for Securities and Exchange Commission filings, corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions.

Kristin holds both a JD and LLM, International Law and Legal Studies, from Duke University School of Law. In addition, she holds a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration and Management degree from the University of Vermont and studied International Business at Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien (Vienna University of Economics and Business) in Austria.
