Kristin Yetto is responsible for all aspects of human resources across eBay. She drives business performance, talent development and acquisition, learning and development, compensation, benefits, HR shared services, and people tools and technologies – and oversees the continuing evolution of the company's culture.
Kristin is a leader with deep eBay experience and understanding. She was previously Senior Vice President of HR for eBay Marketplaces. In her 12-year tenure, Kristin has been critical to the success of major initiatives including the eBay Marketplaces turnaround from 2009 to 2011, and the drive to expand internationally – which became a vital part of the eBay business.
While at Marketplaces, she also led significant change projects including the implementation of an HR transformation to a shared services model. She drove a resource allocation project that modeled country growth with key hiring needs at the right stage for optimal revenue generation.
Prior to joining eBay in 2003, Kristin was the HR Business Partner at Palm, the company that created the first personal digital assistant successfully marketed worldwide. While at Palm, she was responsible for worldwide compensation, benefit and HRIS programs, and developed and executed a strategy to meet financial, performance, and employee engagement metrics.
Before Palm, Kristin was Director of Global Services for Seagate Technology, a global data storage solutions company, and a human resources manager at General Electric.
Kristin has an MBA in Finance from Russell Sage School of Management and a BA in Liberal Arts from the State University of New York College at Oneonta. She is a former member of the Women's Initiative for Self Employment.
