Larry Kloess is a Senior Advisor for Clayton Associates. He also serves on the FCA Advisory Board and is a Special Operating Partner of FCA V. Mr. Kloess is a health care executive with 35 years of leadership experience in hospital and physician group management.

He retired from Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) in December, 2011, after 28 years of senior leadership responsibility, most recently serving as President of HCA’s TriStar Division from 2005-2011, with operational responsibility for 20 hospitals and 10 ambulatory surgery centers throughout Tennessee, Georgia, and Kentucky.
