Latha Srinivasan is the Sr. Program Manager at PayPal. Highly self-motivated, Innovative and goal oriented Professional with more than 15 years of experience in the IT Industry. Over the last 2 years she has been part of the founding team at QED, in Concept Ideation of the strategy to execution. Before that, she worked with Infosys where she has managed large client portfolios like Intel and Microsoft in the Business Solutions execution and Offshore development Center Management.

She has a strong Project and Product life cycle management skills which spans more than 10 Years. She is a Certified Scrum Master and practicing Agile based project implementations for the past 5 Years. She was also responsible for managing all aspects of project including size, scope, schedule, quality and revenue. She had managed the expectations of the client and got lot of accolades for her delivery excellence

During her 8 Year stay in US, she had donned various roles in Strategy to execution of Business solutions using IT. She had gained lot of client management, skills and ability to comprehend the objectives and the Business strategy of the Organization, by interacting with CXOs and Business heads of the Client Organizations.

In her stint in the Background Screening business, where she worked as the Chief Information Technology officer and made an end-to-end Business solutions which were completed with more than 1000 customers which included Fortune 500 clients.

She had participated in the M&A of the business to FADV Solutions from the Technology consolidation and optimization perspective which was executed seamlessly. Latha Srinivasan has a Master’s in Computer Applications as a Rank Holder from one of the reputed Universities of India.
