Lauren Young started her career at the Institute for International Research planning large-scale marketing conferences and events. She went on to join the event team at Conde Nast Media Group and helped manage client entertaining, promotional, and tent pole events.

After three successful years, she joined MediaLink as, a Manager of Events and soon elevated the ranks, where she is now Director of Events overseeing a multitude of client and tent pole events.
