Leah T. Hendricks joined Advantage Capital in 2013 as an associate on the investment team, where she focuses on portfolio management. Prior to joining Advantage Capital, Leah Hendricks served as an assistant vice president at BMO Private Bank. Additionally, Leah Hendricks worked in the commercial lending division of BMO at M&I Bank, where she gained valuable experience working with executive management and key financial officers in middle market companies to provide debt obligations for various operational purposes.

Leah Hendricks graduated magna cum laude from the John Cook School of Business at Saint Louis University, where she received her bachelor’s degree in economics.
