As the Director of Human Resources, Leslie is responsible for developing strategies to maintain and capture top talent across the United States. Her expertise in talent management, leadership development, employee relations and culture are critical aspects of Viewpost’s execution strategy. With over 15 years of experience, Leslie has held Human Resources leadership positions at CNL and Wells Fargo Bank. At CNL, Leslie handled the Human Resources operations, including their recruiting, benefits administration, employee relations and leadership coaching. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Central Florida. She also holds a Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification.
