Lisa Sheets is Senior Director of Global Customer Retention leading a talented team with a clear understanding that customer growth and retention can only be achieved through attainment of business results and customer success. Prior to Coveo, Lisa was Senior Client Executive at Oracle, formerly Taleo, supporting some of the company’s largest Fortune 100 customers for their Human Capital Management SaaS Solutions. She joined Coveo in 2013 to start a similar team and since then has built its Global Customer Retention Team achieving market leading customer renewal rates and expansion objectives.



With over 30 years of engineering, sales and management experience, her career has included positions with Honeywell, DuPont, Westinghouse and Lucent Technologies. In addition to being KCS v6 certified, Lisa also attained her Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification during her tenure as IT Project Manager at Honeywell.



Lisa holds a Masters in Management from Rutgers University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech. She resides in Chapel Hill, NC with her husband and two children – both currently attending college – as well as several four-legged fur kids (dog, three cats and two horses). She is an avid equestrian with a focus within the discipline of dressage.
