I’m an extrovert and I decided to challenge myself with remote working:) I have a degree in English Philology and American Studies and I was even a teacher once! At some point in my life, I wanted to stay at the university to teach American literature but I ended up as a Ph.D. dropout (it was my conscious decision). Next, I began my adventure in one of most successful Polish startups and I dived into customer support for real. I love talking about Customer Experience and fighting with all the stereotypes people may have about it. If you know some people who think that customer support means answering angry phone calls and deep depression - let me talk with them:) Apart from that, I have a crazy sense of humour, I enjoy literature, art, music, movies, and writing. Before I became a work-addict I wrote poetry. Right now, I can’t wait to travel a bit more often!
