Mr. Zeng has been President of Wanda Cinema Line Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of Wanda group. since March 27, 2014, and has served as a member of its Board of Directors since July 30, 2013. Mr. Zeng holds an undergraduate degree and a master’s degree in business administration from the Renmin University of China. Mr. Zeng has experience serving in an executive leadership role at a major theatrical exhibition company in China and brings to the Board valuable theatrical exhibition knowledge.
