Marc is co-founder and General partner at NewSpring Capital and part of the NewSpring Growth investment team. NewSpring Capital manages four distinct investment strategies focused on leveraging operational expertise and capital to build market leading companies.

Marc is an active member of the Philadelphia region’s venture capital community having served as both a regional and national judge for Ernst and Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year Awards.

He has an extensive background in finance, consulting and accounting and previously served as a Manager in the Business Assurance and Advisory Services Group at Deloitte & Touche.

Marc currently serves on the boards of 3Pillar Global, Inc., Liquidhub, Inc., Raritan, Inc., RealTime Media, Inc., Exegy, Inc., Velocidata, Inc. and VidSys, Inc.

He earned a B.S. in Accountancy, cum laude, from Villanova University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
