Mr. Marc McMorris is Co-Founder and Managing Director of Carrick Capital Partners.

Prior to Carrick Capital Partners, Mr. McMorris was with General Atlantic, a growth-oriented $15 billion global private equity firm in 1999. As a Managing Director, Mr. McMorris led investments in enterprise services and software and was head of the Palo Alto office. Mr. McMorris has extensive experience investing in minority deals, recaps, carve-outs and a wide range of experience with outcomes that include both public offerings and sell-side deals with companies valued from $50 million to $3 billion and equity investment sizes ranging from $30 million to $400 million.

As a Managing Director with General Atlantic, Mr. McMorris was lead or co-lead in approximately $900 million in investments in business services, financial services and software including successful IPOs of numerous companies. A number of those companies achieved more than $1 billion in market capitalization, including ServiceSource, Inc. (NASDAQ: SREV), SSA Global, Inc (former NASDAQ: SSAG), and First Republic Bank, Inc (NYSE: FRB).
