Marcelo Jacques is Chief Strategy Officer at Dock. In this role, Marcelo oversees the company’s Corporate Development and Investor Relations. He was previously CFO of Dock.

Previously, Marcelo was an investment banker at Banco Modal, where he was responsible for covering technology, media and telecom companies and executing M&A and capital markets transactions. He also previously worked at PwC as a corporate finance senior associate, where he executed M&A, valuation, and business recovery projects.

Marcelo received his bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Brasília (UnB) and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
