Ms. Miller has held financial roles within the corporate, private equity and investment banking sectors. She began her career as an investment banking analyst with Morgan Stanley, where she focused on M&A and capital raise transactions for companies in the healthcare and consumer industries. She then joined the investment team of Madison Dearborn Partners in Chicago. In this role, she evaluated and executed investment opportunities in leveraged buyout and minority investment transactions in the consumer, restaurant, media and basic materials industries.
