Marina Levinson has served on the Board since August 2014. Marina is the founder and chief executive officer of CIO Advisory Group, LLC.

Marina has more than 25 years of corporate leadership experience leading all aspects of IT and business process transformation for both B2B and B2C enterprises, including 12+ years as a Global CIO of fast-growing high tech companies.

She has an exceptional background advising CEOs and board of directors on critical IT strategies, building high performance teams and delivering measurable results in highgrowth and downturn business cycles.

Marina’s experience includes large-scale, complex implementation of enterprise analytics, eCommerce, and CRM and ERP solutions, on-premise and in the cloud. She has deep expertise integrating M&As and spinning off companies.

Her areas of focus and expertise include cloud, SaaS, mobile and data analytics. She is the chair of Advisory Boards for Warburg Pincus, Ellie Mae, Aruba Networks and SnapLogic.

Marina was also a co-founder of the Executive Board Exchange (EBX). The EBX mission is to help board sourcing become more effective and reap the benefits of an interactive, strategic and structured process. EBX provides an exclusive, invitation-only forum for its members.

She is also a partner at venture capital firm Benhamou Global Ventures and has chaired the Ellie Mae Technology Advisory Board since March 2012. Marina is a member of the board of directors of Qubell, Inc., a private company.

From 2005-11, Marina served as senior vice president and chief information officer for NetApp, Inc. From 1999-2005, she served as vice president and chief information officer for Palm, Inc., having earlier served as senior director of global integration at 3Com.

The Board has concluded that Marina should serve on the Board and as chair of the technology committee based on her extensive enterprise technology, business process and corporate leadership experience.
