Mark Barry is the Sales Director, Strategic Accounts at Oracle. He was a former Venture Partner at OpenView.A 25-year IT veteran, Mark brings extensive operating and business development experience to his work with venture capital-backed businesses. Prior to OpenView, Mark spent 15 years at Microsoft in various executive positions in enterprise sales, channel development, consulting, and support services. While at Microsoft, he was responsible for building and leading high performance teams and achieved several top revenue growth and other awards for his achievements.Prior to Microsoft, Mark held senior management positions in enterprise sales and marketing at Wang Laboratories and was the co-founder of a startup, CAS, Inc., focused on small business applications.Mark graduated from West Virginia University with a BS in Business Administration and has studied Graduate Business Management at Southern Methodist University. He is active on several advisory boards and is a former President of the Southeastern Software Association.
