Mark Garrett has served as a member of the Model N board of directors since January 2008. Since February 2007, Mark Garrett has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Adobe Systems Incorporated. From June 2004 to January 2007, Mark Garrett served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Software Group of EMC Corporation, his most recent position since EMC’s acquisition of Documentum, Inc. in December 2003.

Mark Garrett first joined Documentum as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 1997, holding that position through October 1999 and then re-joining Documentum as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 2002. Mark Garrett is also a director of Informatica Corporation. Mark Garrett holds an MBA from Marist College and a BS in accounting and marketing from Boston University.
