Matias Enghild is co-founder of Inselberg GmbH, a growing tech startup in Berlin that brings clients from fashion and commercial industries together with models. As head of product he is leading the company's visual search project. Visual search solutions bring model search much closer to the visually dominated creative process that many companies find themselves in, when they are searching for models.

Prior to his professional career, Matias has shown academic excellence. Latest at IE Business School, where he focused his Master in International Management degree on Digital Business.
