Micayla Ryan, Throughout her career, Micayla Ryan has demonstrated excellence in leading and organizing executive strategic functions to ensure businesses can scale to their full potential. Prior to joining Novo, Ryan was executive assistant at BARK, a pet-centric subscription company with more than 600 employees. There, she served as executive assistant through the company’s IPO, building efficiency, establishing processes, and creating structure within the C-level and senior leadership teams. Previous roles included executive assistant at social games company Zynga, strategic programs analyst at the cloud-based software company PowerSchool, and executive assistant at learning management system company Schoology. Ryan received her BA in Political Science from Rutgers University.
