Michael founded Canada’s first blockchain security consulting company, Bitcoinsultants, in 2012 after working in the Information-Security field for nearly a decade. Since then, he has earned an industry-wide reputation for best-in-class blockchain security consultations and cryptocurrency security audits. Michael has a Masters of Science in Information Assurance, he is the former Director, and a lifetime member of the Bitcoin Alliance of Canada, and he is involved in a variety of cryptocurrency-related projects, including the CryptoCurrency Security Standard and the Bitcoin Professional Certification.
