Mike is responsible for Catalyst IT Services' overall strategy and direction, ensuring that Catalyst has the best team on the planet and knocks the ball out of the park every time it partners with a client.Prior to starting Catalyst IT Services, Mike received an Irving R. Kaufman Fellowship to build the first version of what is now the company’s analytics engine for talent selection and team assembly. He also worked with Harvard University as a John M. Olin Fellow, with the White House on technology and telecommunications and urban and rural issues, the U.S. Department of State and Coopers & Lybrand.Mike serves as a trustee of the Baltimore Museum of Art and of Bryn Mawr School. He is a past board member of the Family Tree and the Leadership Council of the Open Society Institute, is a former chair of Maryland IT PAC and a former president of the Harvard Club of Maryland and has been named one of the Baltimore Business Journal’s 40 under 40 emerging leaders.Mike has a JD from Harvard Law School cum laude, a Master of Science in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard College magna cum laude.
