Michael is Executive Chairman of CBRE in Europe, Middle East and Africa, a role he has held since 2001. During this time he has led the expansion of CBRE to becoming a full service business, serving clients across the EMEA region in 40 countries, and from over 140 offices.During more than 40 years in the commercial property market, Michael has also gained extensive first hand experience in advising clients on a wide variety of major development, investment, and leasing projects and in providing general consultancy advice to a wide range of major corporates including HSBC, Reuters, McKinsey, and Shell.He has also taken a lead role in a number of landmark projects, such as Canary Warf, Stockley Park, the Lanesborough Hotel, and Westfield London.​​​
