Mirela is deeply invested in helping entrepreneurs connect, learn and grow. Her journey into startups began in 2012 when she co-founded entrepreneur.bg after being inspired by a need to create an educational platform for the emerging startup ecosystem in Bulgaria. Having grown up in Bulgaria, showcasing the startups of her homeland has always been something important to her.

Most recently, as the Community Engagement Manager at Google for Startups, she has focused on accelerating startups through education and fostering connections between investors and founders by developing high-impact programs. Working with Google for Startups has allowed Mirela to connect with founders globally across the UK, Asia, Europe and CEE.
