Mohan leads Aon's Global Digitalization Strategy using data & analytics to drive contextual, timely and relevant information to our Clients and Colleagues. Prior to this role, as Global Head IT Transition, Mohan led the IT Separation of Baxalta from Baxter helping create one of the most advanced technology platforms for the next generation of Biotech. As Chief Technology Officer at the University Of Chicago Medicine, he focused on using Big Data and Real Time Analytics, SOA, Event Driven Architectures to help transform the delivery of care. As Chief Architect at Allstate Mohan helped deliver solutions that redefined how insurance companies used data, event driven real time analytics and IoT to manage risk
Mohan earned his Bachelor of Science, Computer Science & Engineering University of Pune, Pune, India and a MBA in Finance and Information Systems from University of Illinois.
