Monier Jalal serves as VP of Product Management for Cybera. He is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of experience in delivering networking, security and cloud products to market. Prior to Cybera, Jalal held the position of head of Product Management at Vyatta, now part of Brocade Communications Systems, where he was responsible for managing virtualization, SDN & NFV products. He has also held various leadership roles with Cisco Systems, Juniper Networks, MontaVista, Siemens and Alcatel-Lucent. Jalal holds a B. S. from the University of the Bradford in UK, and he is an active member of the networking & telecom industry, participating in many standards committees. He is also recognized in industry and has received innovation awards for his contributions to telecom and networking.
