Mustafa Kirdar joined Investcorp in 2011 from Reig Capital Group where he spent over three years as a Managing Director focusing on investments primarily in North America.

Prior to that, he served as a financial and operating advisor focusing on the industrial and business services sectors. Mustafa also worked for Salomon Brothers and later Citigroup where he focused on transactions for the Consumer Group.

He began his career as a management consultant and worked for both Arthur D. Little and McKinsey.

Mustafa holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, an MPA from Harvard's Kennedy School of Government and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
