I run marketing and comms at Seedcamp, working on the Seedcamp brand itself and as a support to our portfolio companies on everything from defining brand purpose, to growth strategies and the art of creative storytelling.I love working with companies to build a meaningful relationship between brands and people and believe very strongly that great purpose, strong culture and unique positioning is key to building a brand that will go the distance. After graduating with an MA in French and Spanish from Oxford University, I spent a number of years across global agencies and in-house roles specialising in comms and strategic planning before making the jump over to startup land; a decision I've never looked back on. Along with a number of freelance gigs, I've held full-time CMO roles at consumer-focused businesses in the food tech and FMCG sectors. I understand the growing pains that come with joining an early-stage company as well as how much needs to be done as one of the first marketing hires. I thrive off of the hustle and making things grow, something I achieved successfully at Savse building the brand into the UK's fastest selling smoothie company. When not talking about how to market your startup, you can find me eating and drinking my way around London, lifting weights at Barry's Bootcamp, singing incessantly or dancing my way into the day at Morning Gloryville.
