Nikki Krishnamurthy is Chief People Officer of Expedia Group, Inc., where she is responsible for global Human Resources strategy and planning for the entire employee life-cycle (recruiting, retention, total compensation, etc.), focused on continually improving the employee experience.

Previously, Krishnamurthy served as VP of Expedia Local Expert®, which offers personalized recommendations and assistance in booking events, activities, tours, attractions, and ground transportation solutions worldwide. In her role, she had global P&L responsibility for the tours, activities, and ground transportation business, both online and offline. Prior to this role she held multiple senior leadership roles within the Expedia Group in Human Resources, focused on the development and implementation of large-scale human resource strategies. Before joining Expedia, Krishnamurthy also held Human Resources roles at WaMu and PNC Financial Services Group.

Krishnamurthy holds a BA in Psychology from Rutgers University.
