Noah Craft is Chief Scientific Officer of Direct Dermatology and is a practicing dermatologist in Los Angeles.
He completed his Dermatology Residency at UCLA and was a graduate of the prestigious STAR Program there. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Brown University and then attended UCLA for both his MD and PhD degrees. In 2005, he completed the Diploma in Tropical Medicine and Hygiene at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
Noah Craft has been a leader of several local and statewide teledermatology programs in California.He is also focused on the development and implementation of decision-support innovations to reduce diagnostic errors while providing performance-improving education at the point-of-care including VisualDx. Noah Craft has published over 45 peer-reviewed manuscripts, 17 book chapters, and he is the senior editor of a popular dermatology textbook, VisualDx: Adult Dermatology Essentials. He has received over 25 NIH and private research grants to support his basic science, translational, and telemedicine research.
