OB Rawls is a long-time executive in financial services and payment technology companies.

He has held numerous executive leadership positions with First Data and has more than 30 years of experience in the banking and electronic payments business. He also has led First Data's international partnerships and merchant services divisions.

Mr. Rawls currently leads the entire direct merchant acquisition sales channel, serving banks, national merchants, and revenue sharing alliances for First Data North America.

His responsibilities include leading First Data's Strategic Account Sales team for all industry verticals as well as managing relationships with banks, merchant services' organizations, and resellers. In addition to his leadership positions as First Data, Mr. Rawls has held executive sales and operations roles with Hypercom Corporation and Caredata.com.

He has also held executive management positions with NationsBank and its predecessor, NCNB National Bank.
