I am an entrepreneur and strategic advisor with over 15 years of hands-on experience in product management and operations excellence. Prior to starting my entrepreneurial journey, I worked at Google for over a decade, where I served as the Head of Trust & Safety in Central Europe, leading an international team of product specialists, data scientists and anti-abuse analysts.

I am the co-founder and Chief Product Officer of Salarify, the first earned wage access solution in continental Europe. We are on a mission to turn salaries into smart tools, becoming a dynamic earned balance to be used by employees on a daily basis.

I also serve as a product and operations advisor to startups and enterprises in the FinTech and DeFi industries, providing them with hands-on support in setting the right product strategy and operations excellence framework to fit their business growth expectations.
