Pardip joined LDC in January 2013.

Pardip has a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Manchester and qualified as a UK Chartered Accountant with KPMG where she spent time in Audit, Transaction Services and Global Tax Advisory.

Previous roles also include a five year stint at Lloyds Banking Group, including time in the Global Corporate Business Support Unit where she executed several large restructurings and more recently supported the Managing Director of Global BSU directly to manage distressed assets in the UK, US, Ireland, Europe and Australia, which at its peak comprised a portfolio of c£80bn.
