Pascal Schaary is the director of operations at [Datadog](https://www.crunchbase.com/organization/datadog#/entity), a monitoring service that helps software developers and web operators understand and turn their IT data into actionable insight. Previously, he served Work-Bench as the company’s founding operations director.

Schaary holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Stellenbosch as well as an MBA in finance and entrepreneurship from Fordham University - Graduate School of Business Administration.
