Patrick is a Director of Strategic Partnerships for Automattic and WordPress.com. Previously part of the Product Partnerships team at Facebook, he also led product at eParachute, and was co-founder/CEO of the Hoop Fund. In addition to working as a software engineer for Apple, Rockwell, and NASA, Patrick has extensive experience designing businesses for low-income markets, including in Kenya, India, Ghana, Brazil, and the U.S. Patrick has a B.S. in Computer Science from Stanford University, and an MBA from UNC Chapel Hill, where he was the recipient of the Thomas M. Belk and Kenan-Flagler Management Development fellowships.
