Paul Fu, Sr. Director of Alibaba International User Experience and Design team. The mission of the team is to design user-friendly trading platforms to serve consumers and small & medium-sized businesses around the world. Paul has 18 years of work experience, including tenures with Augmentum, eBay, and Fatbrain.com. He has a Ph.D. of Human Factors in Industrial Engineering from Purdue, M.S. and B.S. from Tianjin University. Paul is also a coauthor of the book “Human Computer Interaction: User Centered Design and Evaluation” in Chinese.
