Pei-fu Hsieh is a venture partner at 01vc, focusing on investment opportunities in Southeast Asia. Pei-fu brings to 01VC extensive investment and operational experience in SEA. He has spent 15 years in Thailand and begins his career with Lombard Investments providing expansion and acquisition capital to companies in SEA.

Pei-fu founded and held the helm of several Rocket Internet companies from 2012 to 2015. As CEO of Zalora Taiwan, he built the site to become a household name. Pei-fu soon went to find Easy Taxi Taiwan, which became the largest taxi-hailing app locally within less than one year. The final Rocket Internet-related company that Pei-fu served was as the CEO of Groupon Taiwan. Prior to joining 01VC, he was spearheading the expansion for Mamilove, a Social commerce platform into SEA including Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Malaysia.

He received his MBA degree from UC Berkeley, BBA degree from Chulalongkorn University and is a CFA charter holder.
