Peter Fox joined Citi Headquarters in New York in 2017 to lead the Global Digital Learning and Talent Technology functions. In his role, Peter is leading a Global team to transform the way Citi deliver learning and performance support to Citi employees globally, in a personalized way at the point of need. Prior to joining Citi, Peter worked at Credit Suisse for 7 years, the latter part spent as Global Head of On-Line Academy. Based in London then Zurich, Peter set the vision and strategy, then transitioned the firm's digital learning platform and solutions into leading-edge, cloud-based, collaborative mobile solutions. Peter has also held several management positions for leading digital learning consultancies in London and Australia where he led and managed large scale digital learning and communication projects for a range of multi-national organizations across a range of industries.
