Peter Hershberg is an entrepreneur, company advisor, and active angel investor, who has successfully founded, funded, and exited several start-ups over more than twenty years in online advertising and technology. Peter Co-Founded leading search and social media marketing firm, Reprise Media, in February, 2003 and served as Co-Chief Executive Officer until December, 2009. The company was acquired by Interpublic Group (IPG) in April, 2007.

From April, 1999 to February, 2002, Peter served as the Vice President of Strategic Development at Ask.com. In this role, he created long-term strategies and functioned as a key decision maker in the company's new business ventures. He was also the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Rotomedia, a consulting and advertising firm for web marketers and publishers. Rotomedia was acquired by Ask Jeeves in April, 1999.

Peter was named as a finalist at Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2005 and 2007.
