Ueberroth served as the Chairman of the Board of Adia Services, Inc. since January 1993 and as a Director since 1992.

Ueberroth served as a Co-Chairman of the Board of Doubletree Partners from December 1993 to December 1997. From June 1992 to December 1993, he served as a Co-Chairman of GQHP.

He served as a Vice Chairman of Thayer Capital Partners. He has been an Independent Director at Coca-Cola Company since 1986. He has been an Independent Director of Hilton Hotels Corporation since 2000. Ueberroth serves as a Director of University of Southern California.
