Phil is co-founder and Chief Product Officer at Liftoff, a performance-based mobile user acquisition and retargeting technology company. His areas of focus include data science, creative tech, and user experience. Prior to Liftoff, Phil was the principal engineer at Ooyala, responsible for building a video player used by millions of people every day on sites like ESPN. In his spare time, Phil enjoys creating developer tools like Vimium and Barkeep. Phil received his B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland College Park.
