I am a product management advisor who helps companies improve their product discovery and delivery processes. I teach teams how to set up a winning product strategy and sustainable growth model, run customer and product development processes, develop outcome-, growth-, experiment- and data-driven mindset, as well as robust their lean, agile, and design thinking skills.

I am also a seasoned product teacher who has run three popular product management programs in Armenia. ​Over 150 of my students are currently employed as product managers in tech companies such as Picsart, ServiceTitan, DISQO, Krisp, etc (~20% of the market as of 2022). Besides teaching offline, I often create content about product management, growth, and user experience design. I published over 30 educational articles, getting over 800,000 views on Medium.
