Kumar brings over 20 years of experience across sectors including insurance and investments, sustainable investments, climate transitions, ESG business strategy, and policy advisory. She is currently the Senior Vice President of Sustainability Solutions at Liberty Mutual Insurance, and also serves as an Advisory board member of the Millstein Center for Global Markets and Corporate Ownership at Columbia Business School. She also served as the Head of ESG Investing and Asset Stewardship at State Street Global Advisors, and as an Assistant Director at Ernst & Young.
