Mr. Fulk leads the Finance and Accounting department for Acumen Solutions. In this role, Mr. Fulk is in charge of the financial operations of the company including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, financial statement preparation, and day-to-day accounting functions. His other responsibilities include 401(k) and payroll administration, federal, state and local tax filings and audit compliance. Prior to joining Acumen Solutions, Mr. Fulk worked for Watkins Meegan LLC , a public accounting firm, where he was involved in attestation, tax preparation and consulting services.

Mr. Fulk holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington.
