Ravi Seth is the Chief Financial Officer at Renew Power Ventures Pvt Ltd having joined the company in early 2014. In his role as CFO he is responsible for fund raising, accounting, tax, legal and corporate governance functions. He has over 29 years of experience in various industries including Pharmaceuticals, Media, Tobacco, Real Estate, Financial Services, Hotels and Food. He has worked in a global environment and in the last 15 years he has worked in the role of CFO/COO.

Ravi started his career with ITC Ltd, a large conglomerate with interest in tobacco, cigarettes, hotels, agri products, consumer goods etc. where he spent 14 years. Thereafter he worked with HT Media, Abbott India Ltd and Strides Arcolab Ltd. At HT Media he worked on large fund raising including Private Equity, IPO, structured and plain vanilla debt; M&A, business strategy, implementing ERP across business, real estate management and built a new production facility.At Strides, Ravi’s contribution as CFO included large fund raising, global tax structuring, cross border M&A deals of over $I Bn, forex and risk management. In his subsequent role as COO at Strides he ran the international operations spread across the globe and comprising business development, production operations and trading with a team of 500 people and a topline responsibility of $ 200 mn.
