Rhonda leads Centrify's marketing, focused on accelerating growth and building category leadership.

More recently, she held the role of VP of marketing at Rocket Fuel where she launched a brand refresh and a narrative around “Marketing in the Moment” to better differentiate the company in the crowded marketing technology category.

Rhonda was Vice President of Global Marketing for Symantec, where she galvanized a strategy around cybercrime that reinvented the Norton brand to grow market share and make an emotional impression on consumers. She is widely recognized as an innovator in marketing, driving initiatives such as "Cybergeddon," a nine-part series and original feature film with CSI creator Anthony Zuiker. The series was distributed on Yahoo! in over 20 countries and reached over 30 million viewers in two months.

Rhonda’s marketing expertise contributed to Norton being recognized by Forbes/Landor as a breakaway brand, and also garnered additional recognition with over 100 industry awards between 2008-2013. These include Effie, Addy, Webby, Hugo Television, Event Marketer, Communication Arts awards, and many more.

Previous to Symantec, Rhonda served as Partner and Technology Practice Lead at Porter Novelli, an Omnicom company, for more than 10 years. During that time, she steered strategy for hundreds of companies—from start-ups like Rio, Geoworks and AltaVista, to established brands like McAfee, PeopleSoft, Wells Fargo, HP, and Qualcomm.

Before Porter Novelli, Rhonda led go-to-market programs for HP. She started her career at Intel. She earned a Bachelors of Applied Science (BASc) in Computer Science from CSU Chico, and an MBA in Marketing, Business, and Computer Science from CSU Sacramento.
