Richard F. Reilly has served on the board of directors since July 2010. For 31 years prior to his retirement in 2009, Mr. Reilly specialized in audits of manufacturing, technology and distribution companies with KPMG LLP, with 28 years in the role of senior audit partner.

Prior to his tenure with KPMG LLP Mr. Reilly worked in private industry, serving in various accounting management roles in technology and manufacturing companies. Mr. Reilly also served for ten years in the U.S. Army reserve as a combat engineer officer. Mr. Reilly currently serves as a member of the board of trustees and as chair of the audit committee of Perkins School for the Blind, a non-profit institution headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts.

Mr. Reilly holds a BS in Business Administration from Northeastern University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
