Rick Winningham has served as a member of our Board of Directors since May 2010. Since 2001, he has served as the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Theravance, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company, and in April 2010, he was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors.

From 1997 to 2001, he served as President of Bristol-Myers Squibb Oncology/Immunology/Oncology Therapeutics Network and, from 2000 to 2001, as President of Global Marketing. He is a member of the board of directors of the California Healthcare Institute (CHI) and is also a member of the External Advisory Board for the College of Business and Administration and Business Hall of Fame at Southern Illinois University.Rick Winningham holds an M.B.A. from Texas Christian University and a B.S. from Southern Illinois University.
