Ron Lefferts is the Global Head of Technology Consulting at Protiviti. He was the U.S. Financial Markets Industry Lead for IBM Global Business Services. He also run the Strategy and Transformation Financial Markets and Wealth Management Service Area and is the Lead Account Partner for Morgan Stanley. His main areas of focus are business, operations and technology strategy working primarily in the Capital Markets and Wealth Management space for leading investment banks, retail brokerage and insurance firms. His clients have included Morgan Stanley, JPMC, BNY Mellon, Merrill Lynch, Citi, Credit Suisse, Barclays Wealth, Deutsche Bank, Broadridge, Bridgewater and Prudential.

Ron has worked on some of the largest transformational and post-merger integration initiatives on Wall Street over the last several years, among many other initiatives. Prior to joining IBM, he held positions in the industry as a Director with Merrill Lynch Global Private and at a leading management consulting firm.
