Ryan is Founder and Managing Director for Matchstick Ventures. Founding Matchstick 2013, Ryan created a vehicle to support and interact with fellow entrepreneurs. Broshar is also the Founder and former Managing Director of the Techstars Retail Accelerator w/ Target in Minneapolis, Co-Founder of Beta.MN and Twin Cities Startup Week. Prior to Matchstick, Ryan founded University Guide, LLC – a university-based publication business – that was eventually sold in 2008. Ryan received his BSB from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management and his MBA from University of Colorado-Boulder.
