Sam has 15 years’ experience working in financial services and is currently the UK Head of Insight & Marketing performance at HSBC UK, first direct and M&S Bank.Sam describes her role as ‘solving business challenges through a better understanding of human behaviours, attitudes and values’. Her passion is for helping others to spot opportunities uncovered through the application of data, research and insight. Some of the recent projects Sam and her team are proud to have supported are the development of HSBC UK’s Connected Money app and the creation of the brand’s latest UK cross media campaigns.
